1/25 - Bobby Lewis Rich, 27, 170 Laurelwood Lane, Salemburg, second degree trespass and failure to appear on charges of driving while impaired and driving while license revoked. Bond $11,000; court date Feb. 19.

1/25 - Maurice L. Bolton, 22, 205 Shamrock Drive, Clinton, misdemeanor probation violation. Bond $500; court date Feb. 27.

1/26 - Joseph Randolph Outlaw, 39, 6039 Wrightsville Ave., Wilmington, possession drug paraphernalia and failure to appear on driving while license revoked and no operator’s license. Bond $1,400; court date Feb. 12.

1/26- Rayshane Terrell Wortham, 40, 2900 Autry Mill Road, Godwin, failure to appear on driving while license revoked and driving while impaired charges. Bond $2,000. Court date March 11.

1/27 - Jessica Howard, 23, 113 Oak Ridge Drive, Dudley, failure to appear on no operator’s license charge. Bond $490; court date Feb. 22.

1/ 27 - Perry Davis Powell, 24, 87 Fish Hatchery Lane, Faison, injury to personal property. No bond set; court date March 11.


1/25 - Owners of Friendly Mart No. 21, Spivey’s Corner Hwy., reported the larceny of diesel fuel from one of their tanks. The fuel was valued at $300. Damage to the tank estimated at $1,200.

1/25- Employees of Progress Energy, Five Bridge Road, reported that someone stole a 1,500 fee of wire from the Clinton location. The wire was valued at $300.

1/25- Gabriel Rodriquez, Bowden Road, Turkey, reported that someone damage property she owned, including cutting clothing, pouring bleach on a mattress and cutting her car tires. Over $5,000 damage was reported.

1/26 - Jason Hall, Carry Bridge Road, Autryville, reported that someone went into the back of his vehicle while parked at his residence and stole two speakers and an amplifier, total value $500.

1/26 - Edward Carrothers Jr., Country Club Road, Salemburg, reported that someone entered a storage building and took a portable air compressor valued at $250.

1/26 - Geddes Cox III, Country Club Road, Salemburg, reported that someone opened the door to his vehicle and took two GPS units valued at $140 and $80, respectively.

1/26 - James Pope, Park Memorial Road, Roseboro, reported that someone cut a chain from a door to enter his property and took computers, an air impact wrench and tools. No value was estimated.

1/27 - Carol Nutter, Turkey Highway, reported that someone removed a shop heater valued at $350, a batter charger valued at $400, along with 4 tires and rims valued at $500 from her property.

1/27 - Luis Mercado Espada, Faison, reported that someone broke in the his residence and took a 42-inch flat screen TV valued at $2,000 and assorted jewelry valued at $2,500.

1/27 - Desiree Brown, Billy Lane, Clinton, reported that someone broke into her home and took a 46-inch TV valued at $2,500 and a 42-inch TV valued at $2,000.

1/27 - Louise Butler, Clinton, reported that someone broke a back window out of his home to gain entry and took a flat screen TV valued at $300 and two necklaces valued at $500. Damage to the door was estimated at $150.

1/27 - Lee Jackson, Wooodland Creek Lane, Salemburg, reported that someone entered his unlocked vehicle and took a GPS valued at $150, a satellite radio valued at $50; three phone charges valued at $45 and a radio adapter valued at $10.
