DUNN — New Century Bank has named senior vice president Kimberly B. Boyette as Raleigh market executive and commercial lender, announced Kevin S. Bunn, executive vice president and chief banking officer. The bank also has named Rosa Pell as business analyst and support manager. Both employees will work in the bank’s recently opened Raleigh Loan Production office.
“Even before the loan production office opened, Kimberly led the Bank’s efforts in serving customers in Wake County,” commented Bunn. “She’s done an outstanding job; and, I’m confident she is the right person to serve our Wake County customers and to take our presence in the market to the next level.”
Boyette has over 23 years of experience serving customers in Wake County and joined New Century in 2009 as regional executive for their northern region. An East Carolina University graduate, she holds a bachelor’s of science in business administration and is a graduate of the North Carolina School of Banking. Active in the community, she is a member of the Raleigh Chapter of the Risk Management Association and serves as advisory board chairman for Corinth Holders High School. She is a member of C3 Church in Garner.
Pell joined New Century in July 2012 with over 25 years of financial services experience, most recently having served as assistant credit analyst and banking officer at Four Oaks Bank. Active in the community, she is a member of the Four Oaks Chamber of Commerce and Four Oaks Baptist Church. Previously, she was a board member of the Johnston County YMCA and served the Four Oaks Elementary School PTA as treasurer and advisory board member.
The Raleigh Loan Production office opened in early August and is located on Six Forks Road, near the I-540 interchange.
