ROSEBORO — Mrs. Ira Pauline Williams Faircloth, 74, of 735 Josh Sessoms Road, died on Friday, Jan. 11, 2013 at Rex Medical Center in Raleigh.

The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 14, at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro with Bishop Warren H. Barfield, Sr. officiating. Burial will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens in Salemburg.

Mrs. Faircloth was a native of Sampson County, the daughter of the late John Frank and Viola Mae Edge Williams. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Junius Faircloth of the home; two daughters, Deborah Faircloth Dowd and husband, Stephen of Fayetteville and Phyllis Faircloth McArthur of Raleigh; one son, Travis Ivey Faircloth of Roseboro; four grandchildren, Stephanie Dowd McDougald, Lauren Alexandra McArthur, Ashley Faircloth Legg and David Stephen Dowd; and four great-grandchildren, Nathaniel David McDougald, Kenneth Anthony McDougald III, Ann Campbell McArthur Hobson and Joseph Anthony Legg.

The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 14, at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro and other times at home.
