The Just-A-Mere Garden Club met in November at the home of Sybil West. Betty Honeycutt gave the devotion. The program, Biblical Flowers, was presented by Elsie Jackson.

Dorothy Warren won the hostess gift which was a dish garden of assorted cacti and succulents.

The Just-A-Mere Garden Club was federated in 1936 and was the first rural garden club in North Carolina. Mrs. Warren has been a member of the club for 75years.
