Mims feature of UMO concert

MOUNT OLIVE- The University of Mount Olive is set to hold a concert featuring Virginia Mims on Friday, March 18, at 7:30 in the Hazel Waters Kornegay Assembly Hall (207 Wooten Street). The concert is part of the UMO Recital Series, which brings students and local residents the opportunity to see professional musicians for free. There are four performances in total, with two each semester.

Mims is a freshman soprano from Indiana University. She was the 2015 national first-place winner of the Classical Singer Competition. Don’t miss one of tomorrow’s stars of the opera stage!
