Arrests

• June 2 — Hugo Alberto Bautista Gaspar, 31, of 509 Tomahawk Hwy., Harrells, was charged with possessing/concealing stolen property. Bond set at $5,000; court date is June 5.

• June 2 — Jonathan Robert Autry, 22, of 149 Delmore Road, Autryville, was charged with domestic assault by strangulation and domestic assault inflicting serious injury with minor present. No bond set; court date is June 5.

• June 2 — Miriam McLamb, 33, of 6312 Timothy Road, Dunn, was charged with unauthorized use of motor vehicle. No bond set; court date is July 2.

• June 3 — Edwin Tremel Sutton, 23, of 601 S. Magnolia Ave., Dunn, was charged with carrying a concealed gun and communicating threats. Bond set at $2,000; court date is July 29.

• June 3 — Jimmy Dale Tew, 53, of 1559 Panhandle Road, Faison, was charged with larceny. Bond set at $1,000; court date is June 29.

• June 3 — Bret Colin Ratliff, 33, of 78 Crescent Pond Lane, Autryville, was charged with breaking and entering and damage to real property. Bond set at $1,500; court date is July 2.

• June 3 — Brittani Boykin, 19, of 208 Aaron Road, Salemburg, was charged with simple physical assault and injury to personal property. Written promise; court date is June 15.

• June 3 — Linda Marie Owens, 54, of 117 Parkview Road, Clinton, was charged with misdemeanor larceny. Bond set at $5,000; court date is June 15.

• June 3 — Charlie Davis, 68, of 137 Jasper St., Clinton, was charged with second degree trespass. Written promise; court date is July 2.

Incidents/investigations

• June 3 — Marion Hayes of Autryville reported a utility trailer, valued at $600, taken from his yard.

• June 3 — Odell Tanner of Autryville reported larceny of two firearms and medication from his home. Items valued at $750.
