PLAIN VIEW — A wanted Plain View woman was served outstanding warrants along with fresh drug charges following a traffic stop Monday night.

Lisa Lynn-Wilkins Henderson, 44, of 9175 Harnett-Dunn Hwy., Dunn, has been charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, simple possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance.

Additionally, she was served warrants for failure to appear in court on charges of misdemeanor probation violation and shoplifting/concealment of goods.

The 1997 Ford Taurus Henderson was driving was stopped just after 10 p.m. Monday at Savannah Hill Road and Lee’s Chapel Church Road in northern Sampson.

“A deputy observed a vehicle being driven by the suspect whom he knew had outstanding warrants,” Sheriff’s Lt. Marcus Smith stated. “A vehicle stop was conducted and a search of the vehicle took place based on probable cause. During the search 1.1 grams of methamphetamine and 2 (dosage units) of hydrocodone were located. As a result the suspect was arrested and charged.”

Henderson was placed in the Sampson County Detention Center under $41,000 secured bond and given a court date of Oct. 21.
