An offer of blessings

St. Paul’s Episcopal Church rector Daniel Cenci blessed nearly 20 animals Wednesday night in the church’s annual Blessing of the Animals ceremony. Following a processional around the church grounds and downtown Clinton, scripture reading and a song, Cenci blessed each animal individually, asking for good health and peace be bestowed upon their lives.
