She was placed under $40,500 bond, according to reports.

Approximately $420 in assorted items was stolen from Walmart in the incident, reported at 10:16 a.m. Wednesday. Mullins was taken into custody at the store. During her arrest for shoplifting, she was found with 2.2 grams of meth, Police Capt. Donald Edwards confirmed.
