Arrests/citations

• May 5 — Harrison Tyler Lambert, 25, of 742 Vander Road, Autryville, was charged with communicating threats and trespassing. Written promise; court date is June 13.

• May 5 — Tommy Keith Smith, 45, of 3830 Bass Lake Road, Clinton, was charged on out-of-county warrants with forgery of endorsement, obtaining property by false pretense, uttering forged endorsement, identity theft and possession of stolen goods. Bond set at $10,000; court date is June 8.

• May 5 — Henry Kent Peacock, 54, of 525 Hillsboro St., Mount Olive, was charged on out-of-county warrants with assault on a female. Bond set at $200; court date is June 1.

• May 6 — Larisa Ann Dillinger, 29, of 3171 Moore’s Bridge Road, Rose Hill, was charged with manufacturing marijuana and possession of marijuana paraphernalia. Bond set at $10,000; court date is May 19.

• May 6 — Thomas Edward Brigman III, 30, of 3171 Moore’s Bridge Road, Rose Hill, was charged with manufacturing marijuana and possession of marijuana paraphernalia. Bond set at $10,000; court date is May 19.

• May 6 — Tiffany Vazquez, 28, of 126 Loop Road, Clinton, was charged with simple physical assault. Bond set at $1,000; court date is June 5.

• May 6 — Isaiah Samuel Smith, 52, of 147 Mount Elam Church Road, Roseboro, was charged with assault on a female and larceny. No bond set; court date is May 23.

• May 6 — Christopher Ryan Turner, 24, of 94 Pickle Shed Lane, Clinton, was charged with trespassing. Bond set at $500; court date is June 6.

• May 7 — Terry Nicholas Herring, 30, of 86 Cavenaugh Road, Dunn, was charged with assault on a female and injury to personal property. No bond set; court date is June 6.

• May 7 — Deondra J. Melvin, 19, of 501 Stetson St., Clinton, was charged with assault by pointing a gun and communicating threats. Bond set at $1,000; court date is June 5.

Incidents/investigations

• May 5 — Chastida Gonzales of Mount Olive reported the theft of a motorcycle, valued at $1,600.

• May 5 — Delphine Armwood of Newton Grove reported the theft of a welder machine, valued at $2,000.

• May 6 — Antonio Thompson of Turkey reported the larceny of a fish fryer and a hog cooker, valued at a total of $1,000, from his property.
