Chamber excited about continued growth

The Clinton-Sampson Chamber of Commerce is very excited at the continued growth of the Chamber.

Through constant support, membership, and networking throughout the business community, the Clinton-Sampson Chamber of Commerce is able to be the largest business network within Sampson County. With a membership of 434 different businesses/organizations, I want to say thank you to each of our members.

Each membership ranges from an individual membership, non-profit organizations, small businesses with few employees, to large agriculture and industrial businesses with hundreds of employees. The Chamber could not be a part of the community without each of you and your support. So again, I thank you.

As many of you know, one of the opportunities within the Chamber is networking. Personally, I am a firm believer in the power of networking and in that each of us does not know who our next customer may be and how we will connect. Through the Chamber, we offer over 70 networking opportunities each year and highlighting one in specific which takes place on Nov. 5, 2015, hosted by Liberty Hospice, Mary Gran and Southwood Nursing Centers.

I want to highlight this Business after Hours as it is not only an opportunity to expand your client list and network, but also a chance to meet each of our members as this special Business After Hours will be held at our Business Expo, located in the Sampson County Exposition Center.

Over 70 new businesses and organizations have become a part of the Chamber during the past year. We encourage you to come out to the Business After Hours from 5:30-7:30 p.m. hosted by Liberty Hospice, Mary Gran, and Southwood Nursing Centers and visit each booth to learn about their business, enjoy light refreshments, door prizes, and much more. Bring your business card and let the Chamber work for you.

On behalf of the Chamber’s Board of Directors, we once again would like to thank you for your support in the Chamber and are honored that you take the time to network and get involved in one of the many opportunities through the Chamber. We are looking forward to yet another great Business Expo and business after hours on Nov. 5, we hope to see you there.
