Arrests/citations

• Sept. 18 — James B. Boykin, 23, of 5530 Mt. Olive Highway, Mount Olive, was charged with burglary forcible entry. Bond set at $5,000; court date is Nov. 16.

•Sept. 18 — Tessie N. Cashwell, 33, of 778 Dunn Road, Roseboro, was charged with larceny. Bond set at $500; court date is Sept. 22.

• Sept. 18 — Sutton R. Autry, 25, of 1755 Harrells Highway, Garland, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond set; court date is Oct. 8.

• Sept. 18 — Elizabeth A. Elliott, 48, of 3515 Roanoke Road, was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile and trespassing. Bond set at $500; court date is Oct. 5.

• Sept. 18 — Michael R. Elliott, 29, of 3302 Roanoke Road, was charged with trespassing. Bond set at $500; court date is Oct. 5.

• Sept. 18 — Marcelino J. Ventura, 28, of 1568 Lakewood School Road, Salemburg, was charged with resisting arrest and providing fictitious information to an officer, no operators license. Bond set at $5,000; court date is Dec. 2.

• Sept. 18 — Malik Faison, 18, of 84 Livingston Lane, Clinton, was served with a warrant for injury to personal property. No bond set; court date is Oct. 9.

• Sept. 18 — Jefferey A. Hobbs, 39, of 310 E. Roseboro St., Roseboro, was charged with trespassing. Bond set at $500; court date is Oct. 19.

• Sept. 19 — Dorothy Owens, 29, of 230 Brantwood Court, Roseboro, was charged with disorderly conduct. Bond set at $500; court date is Sept. 24.

• Sept. 19 — Jeffery T. Long, 32, of 2320 Butler Island Road, Roseboro, was charged with two counts of simple assault. No bond set; court date is Sept. 25.

• Sept. 19 — Vanessa S. Royal, 31, of 4170 Hayne Stretch Road, Roseboro, was charged with hit and run, leaving the scene. Bond set at $1,000; court date is Nov. 30.

• Sept. 20 — Exziera T. Knox, 19, of 924 Marks Road, Cameron, was charged with out of county warrants on felony possession of cocaine and felony possession of marijuana. Bond set at $10,000; court date is Sept. 22.

• Sept. 20 — Spring M. Stuart, 28, of 22 Belvoir Farm Lane, Clinton, was charged with multiple counts of making harassing phone calls.

• Sept. 20 — Tamari D. Hargrove, 27, of 8582 Hobbton Highway, Clinton, was charged with assault on female and injury to personal property. Bond set at $500; court date is Sept. 30.

• Sept. 20 — William J. McNeil, 60, of 365 Longview Lake Road, Garland, was charged with assault by pointing a gun. No bond set; court date is Sept. 24.

Incidents/investigations

• Sept. 18 — Doris K. Robinson was the victim of larceny from a motor vehicle. According to the report, $1,100 was stolen from the vehicle.

• Sept. 18 — Verizon Wireless of Wilmington reported larceny which occurred on Feed Mill Road, Roseboro. According to reports 8 gauge copper wire and 10 gauge copper leads. The value is $600.

• Sept. 18 — US Cellular of Smithfield reported larceny which occurred on Hudsontown Road, Newton Grove. According to reports 8 gauge of copper wire, ground copper wire leads, copper buss bars were stolen. A chain linked fence was also damaged. The value of the stolen property was $800. The damage is estimated at $100.

• Sept. 18 — Christina Alvarado of Dunn was the victim of a burglary which occurred at her home on Plain View Highway, Dunn. Some of the items stolen included televisions, game systems, DVD/Blu-Ray player, tablet and multiple pieces of jewelry. The value of the items was more than $5,000.

• Sept. 19 — Filter Specialty of Autryville was the victim of vandalism which occurred on Maxwell Road, Autryville. According to the report, yard grass was damaged. The damaged was estimated at $2,000.

• Sept. 20 — James P. Robinson of Clinton was the victim of larceny which occurred on Turkey Highway, Clinton. A corn snapper valued at $1,300 was stolen from the property.
