Templin takes oath

Cindy Templin was sworn in as the newest Roseboro commissioner Tuesday night, after a seat was left vacant when Alice Butler won the election for mayor in the November election. The commissioners decided to accept applications for the seat. Richard Barefoot, Cary Holland and Ray Clark Fisher were elected to remain on the board and the only other person vying for a commissioners seat in the general election was Templin, who came in fourth.
