Students attend conference


Local students attended the Rotary Youth Leadership Conference in Pine Knolls Shores last weekend. Students who attended were Destiny Hayes, Stephanie Wider, Jessica Hamilton, Crystal Weber, Josh Clement, Mason Barnes, Emily Sutton, Anna Herring, Caitlin Ivey, Adam Johnson and Alea Belflowers. The Clinton Rotary and the Clinton-Sampson Rotary clubs jointly sponsor ten students to attend Rotary Youth Leadership Conference. The annual leadership retreat at Trinity Center in Pine Knolls Shores gives high school juniors the opportunity to meet and interact with other young leaders from eastern North Carolina in learning teambuilding and personal growth and development.
