Revivals to be held at area churches

On Wednesday, May 11-13 at 7:30 p.m., Women’s Conference/Revival is held at St. Peter United Holiness Church, Keener. The theme: Girls Fight and Women’s War. There will be different speakers each night.

On Wednesday, May 11-13 at 7 p.m., New Life Outreach Ministries is celebrating eight years in honor of their pastor Regina Lucious, church anniversary and revival. Different speakers each night. The continuation of the service will be on Sunday, May 15, at 10:30 a.m. Pastor Regina Lucious will bring forth the word and the combine choir will render the music.

On Saturday, May 14, from 8- 11 a.m., Chapel Hill Missionary Baptist Church, Autryville, daughter’s of Zion will sponsor a breakfast in the fellowship hall. The cost is $5 a plate. If you eat in, the children eat pancakes free.

On Saturday, May 14, at 11-1 p.m., The Friendly Trio and Church Association will give out food bags to the public. FMI call Brother Charles Strickland-910-590-4925.

On Saturday, May 14, at 11 a.m., A Fish Fry plate sale sponsored by the Pastor’s Aide Committee at The Kingdom Building Baptist Church, Clinton. Plates are $7. FMI call 910-564-4276 for delivery.

On Saturday, May 14, at 11 a.m., The Annual Community Fellowship Cookout will be held at Bearskin Missionary Baptist Church, Clinton. The day will filled with shared faith, fun and food for everyone. FMI please contact Larry Sutton-910-564-4717.

On Sunday, May 15 at 10 a.m., Regular morning worship service will be held at Big Piney Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Clinton. A guest minister will bring forth the message and the male chorus will render the music.

On Sunday, May 15, at 11 a.m., Mother’s Day service will be held at Little Piney Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Clinton. The guest speaker will be Sandra Spells, the associate minister of Hayes Chapel Church, Clinton. The women’s choir will render the music.

On Sunday, May 15, at 11 a.m., Women’s Day will be observed at Point Level Disciples of Christ Church, Clinton. The guest speaker will be Minister Gail Baggett Jones of Newname, Ga.

On Sunday, May 15, at 11 a.m., Regular morning worship service will be held at Lisbon St. Missionary Baptist Church, Clinton. The Rev. Willie Imes will minister the word and the adult choir will render the music.

On Sunday, May 15, at 11 a.m., Women’s Day service will be held at St. Peter United Holiness Church, Keener. The speaker will be Minister Angela King and accompanied by the Hargrove Family Choir. Dinner will be served by the men following the morning service.

On Sunday, May 15, at 2:30 p.m., Pastor’s Aide program will be held at The Kingdom Building Baptist Church, Clinton. The guest speaker will be Evangelist Elizabeth Parson of Spring Lake.

On Sunday, May 15, at 2:30 p.m., A Gospel Program will be held at Jackson Grove Bible Church of God, Midway. Various of choirs will participate on the program.

On Sunday, May 15, at 3 p.m., Chapel Hill Missionary Baptist Church, Autryville, will have their annual mission service. The guest messenger will be Dr. Claudie Morrisey, choir and congregation of Littlefield Missionary Baptist Church, Newton Grove.

On Sunday, May 15, at 4 p.m., Youth anniversary celebration will be held at Union Grove Freewill Baptist Church. The guest speaker will be Deacon Darrick King of Greater Six Runs Missionary Baptist Church, Turkey. Refreshments will be served.

On Wednesday, May 18-20 at 7:30 p.m., Pre-Mother’s Day Revival will be held at St. Jude United Holy Church, Clinton. The guest messenger will be Dr. Hattie J. Lofton of Four Oaks. Different choirs will render the music each night.

On Sunday, May 22, at 11 a.m., Fill The Pew’s Day will be held at Union Grove Freewill Baptist Church, Keener. The pastor, Bishop Mayes, will minister the word, and the gospel choir will render the music.

On Sunday, May 22, at 11 a.m., Mother’s Day service will be held at St. Jude United Holy Church, Clinton. The guest messenger will be Elder Thelma Water of Cooper Chapel United Holiness Church, Clinton. The women’s choir will render the music.

On Sunday, May 22, at 3 p.m., Pastor’s Aide program will be held at Jackson Grove Bible Church of God, Midway. The guest messenger will be Dr. Timothy Peppers, choir and congregation of Union Grove Disciples of Christ Church, Clinton.

On Saturday, June 4, at 4 p.m., Appreciation Service will be held for Evangelist Dr. Hattie J. Lofton at the Western Assembly Disciples of Christ Headquarter Building, Newton Grove. Music rendered by the Great Gospel Jubilee Singers and many more.
