8/22 - Benjamin Joel Fisher, 29, 801 Stoneykirk Drive, Fayetteville, domestic assault on a female. No bond; court date Sept. 16.

8/22 - Boney Herra, 45, 234 Odham Ave., Garland, drunk and disruptive, trespassing. Bond $2,500; court date Sept. 11.

8/23 - James Bryant Laird Jr., 25, 720 Pine Forest School Road, Roseboro, simple assault. Bond $500; court date Sept. 10.

8/23 - Christopher Lee Laird, 24, 720 Pine Forest School Road, Roseboro, simple assault. Bond $500; court date Sept. 10.

8/23 - Charles Frankie Long, 42, 2001 Basstown Road, Clinton, motor vehicle theft, possessing/concealing stolen property, criminal damage to property (3 counts), resist arrest. Bond $13,500; court date Aug. 29.

8/23 - Albert Lee Davis, 63, 2040 Elivra St., Fayetteville, driving while impaired. Bond $2,000; court date Sept. 23.

8/23 - Ruben Arturo Ponce, 25, 153 Weston Circle, Goldsboro, drunk and disruptive. Bond $2,000; court date Sept. 5

8/24 - Daniel Gage Williams, 19, 7800 Lucinda Lane, Linden, simple assault. Bond $2,000; court date Sept. 5.


8/22 - A push mower valued at $375 was stolen from a shed on Faison Highway.

8/22 - Two cylinder heads valued at $100, an enclosed equipment trailer valued at $500, a set of Bass speakers valued at $500, a set of six speaker columns valued at $500, a 24-channel mixing board valued at $4,200, a table valued at $40, a tent valued at $178, a 400-watt amp valued at $500 and some copper pipe was stolen during a break-in at a Dowdy Road residence near Roseboro. Entry was gained by kicking in a side door.

8/24 - A windshield cutout tool valued at $750, three rolls of wire valued at $105 and a rachet set were stolen from a vehicle while it was parked on Seventh Street in Garland.

8/24 - A .22-caliber semi-automatic weapon valued at $150, eight fishing rods valued at $1,000, assorted papers and coins were stolen from a Pilgrim Rest Church Road residence near Harrells.
