What a wonderful celebratory week of making memories, sharin laughter with family and friends, and celebrating the true meaning of Christmas. From my family to yours, we wish you a Merry Christmas!
While you are celebrating with family and friends this year, I encourage you to enjoy the little things that become the memories down the road. Personally, this week holds great family traditions, memories of loved ones, and the importance of grasping every available moment with those we love.
After a wonderful Christmas in Clinton parade and the distribution of coats for the 2013 Coat Closet project, I encourage you to take a moment to reflect on this past year. Through this time of reflection, I note the growth and involvement of those within the Chamber and I thank you. I reflect on the addition of new Chamber events such as “Sampson Perspective” where the Chamber strives to give our members direct access to voice their concerns and challenges to local, state, and national leaders. I reflect on the many Chamber Days where I had the opportunity to meet with many business owners throughout each municipality to discover their needs and how we can assist as an organization. Lastly, I also note that it has been confirmed once again, that we can accomplish more together than we could individually.
I’m looking forward to a great 2014 with the introduction of the Chamber’s promotional video, an Economic Development event with Secretary Decker and the 2nd Annual Sampson Perspective in addition to the over 75 networking events, over 20 education seminars, and opportunities for our members to market and advertise through the Chamber.
I thank you for your support, involvement, and commitment to the Chamber. Looking forward to a great 2014 and Merry Christmas!
