June 6 — Steven Jimenez, 20, of 141 Shaun Lane, Clinton, was charged with simple possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond set; court date is set for July 29.
June 6 — Nathan J. Lassiter, 40, of 1560 Coker Store Rd., Mount Olive, was charged with manufacturing non-tax paid liquor; possessing/concealing non-tax paid liquor and possession of equipment used to manufacture non-tax paid liquor. No bond; court date is set for Aug. 26.
July 6 — Bianca Boone, 18, of 604 Bullard St., Clinton was charged with one count of assault with a deadly weapon. Court date is July 28.
July 6 — Jimmy M. Rouse, 19, of 503 W. Butler Ave., Clinton was charged simple assault of a female. Court date is July 28.
July 6 — Jacob Wynn of 97 Knorr Lane, Clinton was charged with driving 110 mph in a 65 mph zone. Bond was set at $300; court date is July 27.
July 7 — Devin L. Burgess, 49, of Amic Lane, Clinton, was charged with forgery-uttering. Bond set at $6,000; court date is July 17.
July 3 — Lemont G. Eddington and Laquana N. Bulls were the victims of an automobile theft and larceny, which occurred at a home on Jean Lane, Clinton. A central home air conditioning unit and a Chevrolet Malibu was stolen. The property was valued at $16,000.
July 6 —The Town of Garland was the victim of a burglary when several items were taken from a storage facility at 115 N. Church Ave., Garland. The items taken included a case of motor oil, a case of antifreeze and an impact wrench. The value of the property was $210.
July 6 — Brandon Phillips was the victim of burglary, which occurred at his home on McLamb Road, Newton Grove. The incident was committed by prying in the victims back door to a residence. The items stolen stolen included a trim nail gun, a box containing a framing nail gun, trim gun and palm nailor and a solid oak door casing. The value of the items was $750.
July 6 — Tomika L. Faison was the victim of vandalism which occurred at her home on Water House Circle, Clinton. A Ford Taurus was damaged. The value of the damage is $500.
