Arrests/citations

• March 22 — Christopher Shawn Parker, 37, of 891 Horseshoe Road, Autryville, was charged with obtaining property by false pretense. Bond set at $10,000; court date is March 24.

• March 22 — Edwin Tremel Sutton, 25, of 3388 Wrench Road, Dunn, was charged on out-of-county warrants with breaking and entering, larceny, possession of stolen goods, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, selling and delivering marijuana, maintaining vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was charged with probation violation and failure to appear on a charge of driving while license revoked. Bond set at $55,500; court date is April 4.

• March 22 — Cesar Paz, 24, of 802 Susan Tart Road, Apt. B, Dunn, was charged with felony possession of a Schedule I controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. set at $7,500 secured.

Incidents/investigations

• March 22 — Holden Black of Four Oaks reported the theft of various power and hand tools from a gas station in Plain View. Tools were valued at $7,500.
