Dwight Williams takes the oath of office, administered by Clerk of Court Norman Wayne Naylor Wednesday afternoon, making him the newest Republican member of the Sampson County Board of Elections. His wife, Debbie, holds the Bible as fellow Elections board members Ted Lockerman and Horace Bass show their support. Williams replaces member Danny Jackson who resigned earlier this year to run for a Dist. 1 seat on the Sampson County Board of Commissioners.
