Harrells Christian Academy’s JV and varsity volleyball teams won in five straight sets against Fayetteville Christian School on Thursday.

The varsity scores were 25-18; 25-17;25-19.

Leading the offensive game was Natalie Hardin with 10 of 10 serves, 6 kills, and 6 digs. Haylee Parks had 15 assists and 5 kills; and Christian Campbell with 10 of 11 serves and 3 digs; Choloe Campbell, 4 digs; Anna Huff, 7 kills and 4 blocks; and Margaret Clark, 5 kills and 4 digs.

The varsity Crusaders are now 1-1 in conference and will travel to Coastal Christian High on Monday.

In junior varsity action, HCA won 25-6 and 25-9.

Dominating for the Crusaders was Harley Crumpler: 14/15 in serves; 4 aces; 5 assists; Abigail Blanchard: 13/15 in serves; 7 aces; Sophie Campbell: 7/8 in serves; 2 aces; 2 digs; Marianne Moore: 5/5 in serves; 2 aces; 1 kill; and Mary Grace Norris: 4 kills.

The JV record moves to 2-0 and they will host Cape Fear Academy on Tuesday.
