Harrells Christian Academy hosted Fayetteville Academy on Monday in JV girls and JV boys basketball, winning both games. The girls won 26-18, while the boys had an impressive 4th quarter comeback to win 53-51.

The JV girls led 16-6 at halftime, and 26-8 after 3. They didn’t score a point in the last quarter, but didn’t need to as they won by 8.

Mikaela Stroud was the only Lady Crusader in double figures with 10 points.

The JV boys trailed in their game by 6 at halftime, then by 10 after 3 quarters, with Fayetteville Academy leading 37-27 entering the final quarter. The Crusaders then played incredibly well in the 4th, as they scored 26 in the quarter, to win by 2.

Leading scorers for HCA were Corey Pruitt, Gray Fussel, and Will Huff, with 16,14, and 11 points respectively.

Harrells notched two quality wins in the JV department over a pair of well-coached Fayetteville Academy squads.
