The Clinton Recreation and Parks Department held their annual Easter egg hunt earlier this month, with some 200 children, baskets in hand, armed and ready to gather a bounty of colorful eggs.
There were 10 lucky egg winners in each age category, and one youngster from each group honored as the person who found the most eggs.
Some 2,000 eggs were hidden — and found — during the hunt, held at Royal Lane Park. Inside the eggs were toys and candy, both delightful surprise for the kids.
The Easter bunny also made an appearance during the day , dancing with both the parents and children at the Bellamy Center.
