In November, employees representing McDonald’s, Hardees and Bojangles restaurants in Clinton spent 12 hours polishing their customer service skills through the Continuing Education Division of SCC. The Service Excellence class focused on building workplace skills that included interpersonal communication, service recovery, problem-solving, and time management. Those completing the class were as follows: Maria Becella, Nathan Campbell, Santana Owens, Temesha Barksdale, Kayla Adams, Eliseo Santibanez, Julia Mathis, Christina Torres, Rhonda Sessoms, Michael Cherry, Tasha Rende, Crystal Melvin, Sergi Gamino, Martia Torres and Jose Perez.
