Thousands flocked to downtown Clinton Saturday for the annual Downtown Street Fair and Barbecue Cookoff Saturday, which featured scrumptious barbecue pork and turkey, courtesy of those competing for prizes in the annual event (see winner photos later this week); 70 vendors providing everything from assorted homemade craft items to educational information; classic cars, the annual Care Fair; the Downtown Dash; the annual Breast Cancer rally; and the crafts demonstrations going on just down the street at the History Museum.

Cloudy skies and mild conditions were a perfect weather mix to bring folks out for the event, some of which is captured on this page in a photo essay.
