Lisa Turlington, executive Director of the Sampson Community College Foundation, accepts a check for $2,135 from Father Joseph Running and David Pulley of St. Paul's Episcopal Church/Good News Lutheran Mission, 110 W. Main St. Clinton. The donation is from the proceeds of a spaghetti lunch fundraiser held Nov. 22 and is the result of the hard work of some two dozen members of the local church.
