Roseboro-Salemburg took on Union Thursday afternoon and came away with a 16-1. It was an offensive showcase for RSMS, and it was evident in the score.

Blake Williams went 3-3 with a double and 2 singles, Josh Carter slapped a grand-slam over the fence while going 3-4, and Dylan Ivey went 2-4 with a 2-run home-run.

Aaron Butler started the game on the hill for the Leopards, and Josh Carter closed the game out. It was a solid combined performance, as the Union run was unearned.

“It was an outstanding hitting night for us, and I feel like we played really good defense. It was a good win, and we’ll have to focus on Midway now,” said the RSMS head coach, Keith Butler.

RSMS hosts Midway Monday evening in a battle of two unbeaten teams. They are now 2-0 on the season.
