The Coastal Carolina Branch of JDRF will be holding a special outreach event in the Sampson County Area. Come out for a social and informational event and connect with other people who live with diabetes in your area. It's an opportunity for families to learn about resources, get tips on what works wells, and enjoy support from others who know what you are going through. There will be a speaker, refreshments, door prizes, and break out sessions for kids, parents and adult T1Ds.
