10/10 - Nicholas Ryan Burgess, 21, 96 Kosie Lane, Dunn, larceny, possession of stolen goods. Bond $10,000. Court date Oct. 12.

10/10 - Luke Henry Britt, 26, 19 Wilmington Road, Turkey, failure to appear on charges of resisting public officer and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $6,000; court date Oct. 24.

10/10 Donald Watts III, 32, 147 Horseshoe Road, Autryville, cruelty to animals. Bond $500; court date Oct. 12.

Incidents

10/9 - Abraham Zelaya, Fayetteville Street, Clinton, reported a breaking and entering. A rear door was damaged to gain entry. Taken included a flat screen television valued at $1,000; a laptop computer valued at $600; cash and jewelry valued at $800. Damage to the door estimated at $200.

10/10 - James Williams, Maxwell Road, reported a larceny. Removed from his property was a trailer valued at $1,500; a 1,000 gallon tank valued at $800; a truck battery valued at $1,00; and a livestock trailer valued at $1,500.

10/10-Justin Black, Glenn Road, Dunn, reported a 2-seat red go-cart, valued at $200, stolen from his property.

10/10 - Charles Chestnutt, Waycross Road, Turkey, reported that someone entered his storage building and removed items. Taken included a mig welder valued at $500 and a stick welder valued at $500.
