2/18 - Jessica Fortune, 21, 612 Ferrell St., Clinton, assault and battery. No bond set. Court date March 19.

2/18 - Onte Deangelo Kerr, 21, 494 Henry Lane, Ivanhoe, breaking and entering, possession stolen goods, larceny after breaking and entering (charges from Bladen County). Bond $12,000; court date Feb. 21.

Incidents

2/18 - Harold Dewayne Phillips, Hayes Mill Road, Godwin, reported that someone took a 42-inch flat screen TV, valued at $350, from property he owns on Allen Bass Lane, Roseboro.

2/18 - Progress Energy reported that someone took 4,600 feet of copper wire off a power pole in the 800-block of Green Path Road. The wire was valued at $6,000.

2/18 - Nicole Cartlich, Junk Yard Lane, Clinton, reported that someone opened a window on the side of her home, entered the residence and took a 12-gauge semi-automatic shotgun valued at $650 and a .22-caliber semi-automatic rifle valued at $150. Damage of $100 was reported to a gun cabinet.
