VASS — Mr. Donald “Duke” Snider, 73, formerly of New Carlisle, Ohio, died Thursday, Jan. 10, 2013 at FirstHealth Hospice House in Pinehurst. Duke was born in Springfield, Ohio, on Sept. 26, 1939 to Glendon and Fern Brahm Snider.
The funeral will be held at 2:30 p.m. Monday, Jan. 14, at North Hampton Community Church, North Hampton, Ohio, with Pastor Jim Welch officiating. Burial will follow in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens, New Carlisle, Ohio, with military honors.
The family will receive friends at 12:30 p.m. Monday, Jan. 14, at the church with two hours of fellowship prior to the service.
