CLINTON — Mrs. Elsie H. McRae, 92, of 495 Pugh Road, died Monday, Oct. 8, 2012 at Jersey City Medical Center, Jersey City, N.J.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 13, at Mount Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church, Clinton with bishop Varnie Fullwood officiating. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park, Clinton.
Visitation will be held from 1-7 p.m. with family present from 6-7 p.m., Friday, Oct. 12 at Brock Memorial & Worley Funeral Home, Clinton.
Mrs. McRae was married to the late William Bryant McRae Sr.; and the mother of three deceased sons, William Bryant, Robert Moses, and the Honorable Judge Lewis S. McRae, J.M.C.; and one devoted daughter, Jeannette Maria McRae-Braswell; three sisters, Pansy Stewart, Norma Jean Short, Geraldine Lawson; and one brother, Floyd Henderson; 10 grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; and one great-great-grandson; and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
