Lucy F. Langston, 94

NEWTON GROVE — Mrs. Lucy Futrell Langston, 94, died Saturday, Feb. 23, 2013.

The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 26, at West & Dunn Funeral Home Chapel, Newton Grove, with the Rev. Jerry Burton and the Rev. Freddy Langston officiating. Interment will be in Mill Creek Christian Church Cemetery, Four Oaks.

Mrs. Langston was preceded in death by husband, Issac Westbrook “Brook” Langston, son Bobby Ray Langston, Sr. and parents Lawrence and Ronnie Futrell.

She is survived by daughters, Mary Jean Britt and Lillian Godwin; daughter-in-law, Glenda Langston; eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

The family received friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Feb. 25, at the funeral home.
