A 21-year-old man is facing more charges, these misdemeanors, after officers linked him to additional crimes related to a Roy C. Jackson Road, Dunn larceny several months back.

According to sheriff’s reports, Nicholas Ryan Burgess, of 96 Rosie Lane, Dunn, was served with additional warrants late last week in connection with the larceny of yard equipment. Burgess was already in jail on a felony larceny charge when the additional offense were leveled.

In all, Burgess is now facing 3 counts of misdemeanor larceny and 3 counts of possession stolen goods/property.

He was given an additional $11,500 bond and is expected to make his next appearance in court Jan. 15.
