An 18-year-old Sampson County man was jailed Sunday and marijuana and Xanax confiscated after information led officers to his Clive Jacobs home.
According to Sampson County sheriff’s reports Jerrise Jaquane McNeil, 824 Clive Jacobs Road, was taken into custody and charged with myriad drug offenses, some felonies and some misdemeanors. He now faces offenses that include possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance, possession of a synthetic substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and a probation violation.
He was placed under a $19,000 secured bond and his first court appearance is scheduled for Friday, Dec. 21 in Sampson District Court.
Officers confiscated 184 grams of marijuana and several Xanax tablets.
