KEYSVILLE, Ga. — Mr. Stephen Bryant Boyette, 56, passed away at his residence on Monday, Nov. 26, 2012.

Stephen was born to Frank B. Boyette and the late Helon Darden Boyette in Hendersonville, in 1956. He was a graduate of North Carolina State University, where he received his bachelor’s degree in nuclear engineering. He later relocated to Keysville where he had been employed with Plant Vogtle. He enjoyed gardening and sharing his harvest with his friends where he obtained the nickname of “The Pepperman.” Steve also was very talented in the ability to fabricate and repair just about anything he set his mind to. He was a very special man and will be truly missed by those who knew him.

He is survived by his loving family including his father, Frank B. Boyette, of Red Springs; a sister, Natalie B. Brigman, of Fayetteville; three nieces, Heather(Scott) Crothers, of Chesapeake, Ohio, Stephanie Brigman, and Erica Brigman, both of Fayetteville.

Memorial Services will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 6, at the Trinity United Methodist Church with the Rev. Mary Frances McClure officiating.
