Clinton United ‘wrangles’ second place


The Clinton United U12 team of the Sampson County Soccer Club competed in the Wrangler McDonald’s soccer tournament held in Greensboro on May 27-28. The team finished 3-1 on the weekend and the only loss was the championship game with a score of 1-0. The team finished second in the silver bracket and was awarded medals.
