Members of the Clinton United soccer teams competed in the East Duplin Wall Bangin’ Indoor Soccer Tournament over the weekend, with several coming home with a championship title.

The Clinton United U11 boys team, coached by Brad Spell, won first place in their division of the tournament Sunday, with a 3-0 record. Members of the team are Daniel Adasiak, Addie Avellaneda, Jack Bowker, Connor Brock, Jackson Carter, Elias Faison, Matthew Hill, Jorge Llamas, Walker Spell, Brock Sumner and Noah Westbrook.

The Clinton United U9 boys team, coached by Ryszard Adasiak, also won first place in their division of the tournament Saturday, with a 4-0 record. Members of the team are Daughtry Jackson, Joesen Tate Pope, George Wright Waters, Joes Julian Najera, David Paz, Oskar Adasiak, Marco Beteta and Griffin Williams.

The Clinton Untied U15 girls team, coached by Ken Yang, won first place in their division of the tournament Sunday, with a 4-0 record. The girls were playing up, as most of the team is under 14. Members of the team are Ruthie Brock, Isabella Faison, Britt Thornton, Jessica Parker, Taylor Spell, Olivia Williford, Kayla Yang, Rebecca Byrd, Katie Bauman, Bailey Spell and Olivia Gillespie.
