Browns celebrating White’s 5th anniversary


From April 22-24 at 7 p.m., a Pre-Pastoral Anniversary service for pastor Jeffery White will be held at Brown’s Chapel MBC, Clinton. Tonight guest: Elder Destiny Fullwood of Mt. Greater Six Runs MBC 1st. Educational Symposium “Will The Real Educator Stand Up” is set for April 22-24, at 7 p.m. The guest speakers are: Wednesday- Rev. Dr. Nilous A. Avery II; Thursday- Apostle Norbert E. Simmons; Friday- the Rev. Dr. Haywood Gray.

God’s Flower Garden Banquet At the Western Assembly Building on Friday, May 8, at 7 p.m. Attention to:The Western Assembly Disciples of Christ Churches I, Family. The Floral Auxiliary is asking each church to participate in our banquet this year, by appointing a team captain to represent your church flower. Tickets are: $10 each, children under 10 years old eat free. The church with the most presentation will receive a special prize. As well as being the captain, someone will need to speak on the flower for (3-6 mins.) We are expecting a high time in the Lord, and we need each church to participate in this celebration.
