CLINTON — Mr. Daniel James Hall, 71, of 15 Hubert Bass Lane, formerly of 3694 Beulah Road, died at his home, Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2012.

The funeral will be held at 11 a.m., Friday at Bethany Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church with the Rev. Charles Ray Jernigan and the Rev. Joseph Tew officiating. Entombment will be in the Hall Family Cemetery on Beulah Road.

Born in 1941 in Harnett County, Mr. Hall was the son of the late Dave and Rosa Bass Hall. He attended Bethany Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church and was a retired farmer.

He is survived by his wife, Alma E. Hall; two daughters, Cindy H. Parker and husband, Russell and Brooke H. Fann and husband, Jeffrey both of Clinton; one son, Danny Hall and wife, Tammy of Clinton; two step-daughters, Stacy Beard of Benson and Angela Hunt of Clinton; one step-son, James Santy of Clinton; three sisters, Plassie Swinson of Jamestown, Lonnie Pearl Hennis of Crystal River, Fla. and Donnie Blackburn of Ingold; and one brother, David Hall of Clinton; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; eight step-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Diane Wheeler Hall.

The family will receive friends Thursday night from 6 until 8 p.m. at Royal-Hall Funeral Home and other times at the home of his daughter, Brooke Fann at 3638 Beulah Road, Clinton.
