CLINTON — Mrs. Johnnie Beatrice Moore, 90 of 243 Beaman St., died at Sampson Regional Medical Center, Thursday, Oct. 4, 2012.

The funeral will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church with Father Dan Lynch officiating. Burial will follow in the Clinton Cemetery.

Born in 1922 Sampson County, Mrs. Moore was the daughter of the late John R. and Ellie Green Price. She was the widow of William Fleet Moore.

She is survived by one nephew, Harold Price and wife, Anne of Clinton; and brother-in-law, Jesse Moore of Washington, D.C.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Max Price.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church fellowship hall and other times at the home of her nephew at 200 Finch St., Clinton.

Her unique sense of humor and laughter will be missed by all that knew and loved her.
