• 11/3 — Mary Newton, 44, 186 Mary Oates Lane, Turkey, was charged with criminal trespassing; injury to personal property; and DWI. Trial date Nov. 27.

• 11/4 —Brandi Monozka, 22, of 359 Lynn Lane, Castle Hayne, was charged with resisting a public officer. Bond $1,000; trial date Dec. 3.
