The Clinton JV boys took on the Hobbton Wildcats Monday night, coming away with a home victory, 56-12.
Pounding onto the court, the JV Horses would quickly size up the Wildcats skill level and taking advantage at every turn. By the first quarter’s end, the score was 21-5, with Clinton on top. With RayQuan Faison and Jaalen Best on the court, the Wildcats would have no chance of getting through.
Point after point, the Dark Horses would switch out their players continuously to maintain their lead.
KenJuan Morrisey would soon put his name in by scoring multiple points for the Dark Horses. Ending the night with a final score of 56 to 12, Clinton JV would jog off the court with a win, leaving a cheerful crowd behind them.
The JV boys will return to the court Friday afternoon in 4 p.m. game against Wallace-Rose Hill in Bulldog country.
