City receives top budget award
Assistant city manager and finance director Shawn Purvis is presented with the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) Distinguished Budget Presentation Award by Mayor Lew Starling during this week's City Council meeting. This marks the third consecutive year the award, the highest form of recognition in governmental budgeting, has been received.
