A 21-year-old Clinton man was jailed this week, charged with selling drugs at Royal Lane Park.
Daniel Keith Lambert, 96 Denton Ave., Clinton, is facing felony charges of sell of a Schedule IV controlled substance, deliver a Schedule IV controlled substance, selling a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a park, possession with intent to sell and deliver a Schedule IV controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Clinton police reports show that the arrest was made Wednesday in Royal Lane Park.
Seized during the arrest were scales, baggies and 128.5 grams of marijuana with a street value of $500.
Lambert was taken into custody and placed under a $75,000 bond. His first court appearance is scheduled for Dec. 21.
