GARLAND — Mrs. Lessie Mae Bordeaux, 65, of 95 Smith Farm Lane died at her home, Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2012.

The funeral will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, at Royal-Hall Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Fred Pleasant officiating. Burial will follow in the Bordeaux Cemetery.

Born in 1947 in Sampson County, Mrs. Bordeaux was the daughter of the late William Jesse Boykin. She was a member of Garland Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church and a former employee with Garland Shirt Factory.

Mrs. Bordeaux is survived by her mother, Edna Boykin of Garland; two sisters, Clair Bordeaux of Garland and Betty Crews of Dudley; and one brother, J.W. Boykin of Mt. Olive.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Ray Boykin and sister, Emma Bordeaux.

The family will receive friends Thursday night from 6-8 p.m. at Royal-Hall Funeral Home and other times at her home.
